Cas13 ssRNA Reporter (FAM/BHQ)

Cas13 ssRNA reporter is a single-strand oligo RNA probe with a 6-FAM (Fluorescence) label at the 5' end and a BHQ (quencher) label at the 3' end. When combined with guide RNA and target RNA, Cas13, enzymes exhibit activated trans-cleavage activity against ssRNA. Upon cleavage, the quenched fluorescence of the probe recovers, enabling enzyme activity analysis and target detection.
