Recombinant Human Histidyl-tRNA Synthetase (Jo-1) Antigen is a tag-free protein was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells. It is intended for use in autoimmune research and IVD assay development for the detection of anti-Jo-1 autoantibodies.
